Debit Card Request System
JX2 created a solution for a major financial institution that allowed customers to request new debit cards over the internet. The solution created a modern J2EE based web user experience for the customer that connected to a debit card system hosted on an IBM zSeries mainframe.
Money Transfer System
JX2 created a system to connect a Lotus Domino based call center payment request system to an international money transfer vendor in near real time. The resulting system allowed customers access to their funds in virtually any city in the world in less than an hour.
Hiring Automation System
A Fortune 100 client had an ambitious goal: to automate every aspect of the hiring process from resume collection to office setup to the new employee's first paycheck. JX2 played a key role by developing a Lotus Domino system to coordinate the hiring process. This system interfaced with a Sun Solaris based application tracking system and a HP-UX payroll system to automate the process from start to finish.
Terrorist Watch List Automation
The Patriot Act requires financial institutions to verify virtually all information they hold against terrorist watch lists. JX2 helped a financial institution solve this challenge. The client had a system running on IBM AIX that checked information against watch lists, but it was difficult to integrate. JX2 created an integration hub based on J2EE technology that allowed mainframe, Java, and Lotus Domino systems to seamlessly scan their information against the watch lists. The result was a unified watch list system that could be accessed from a variety of platforms and systems.
