SOA & Multi-Factor Authentication
In order to comply with new authentication guidelines from the FFIEC, JX2 updated a client’s existing web payment systems to support multi-factor authentication. JX2 integrated a third party software-based authentication engine into the existing web payment system, improving security while maintaining a consistent look and feel.
Debit Card Request System
JX2 created a solution for a major financial institution that allowed customers to request new debit cards over the internet. The solution validated the identity of the customer by leveraging an existing CRM system. It then presented the customer with their available options, and submitted the request to a mainframe-based card management system. The JX2 system streamlined operations, improved customer service and reduced the number of calls made to the client's call center.
Loan Applications with Point of Sale Decisioning
JX2 created a suite of internet based loan applications that automated the application process for credit cards, consumer loans, and mortgage products. These systems collect complete application information from the customer via the internet, then use credit bureau and CRM information to make an immediate point of sale decision. The collected applications are then posted to a loan origination system for booking and further processing. Because the internet is the least expensive way to do a loan transaction, the system has led to significant cost reductions for the client. The online channel is responsible for billions of dollars in lending for this institution.
Money Transfer System
JX2 created integrated systems that automate customer transfers using Federal Reserve wires, Western Union, ACH, and paper checks. The systems were designed and optimized to provide the best possible end user experience, both for customers using the internet and for employees working in call centers. After the transactions are collected, the JX2 solution automates a complex business approval system and then posts the transactions to fulfillment systems for the different payment types. JX2’s systems drastically reduced the time required to disburse funds to customers. In some cases, customers have access to their funds in under an hour.
Hiring Automation System
A Fortune 100 client had an ambitious goal: to automate every aspect of the hiring process. The process was a complex workflow of over 20 steps that included computer setup, business cards, and badge access. JX2 successfully coordinated the activities of many different departments in the company so the new hire could have a smooth start.
